Can I have better camera resolution when sharing full screen camera?

We had a webcast webinar last month and tried to add slides to our camera(4K) with OBS but the camera output  resolution was not stable and blurry.

 

Is there any way to improve the  camera output quality? It seems that GoToWebinar doesn't provide advanced setting  related to camera resolution.

    TracyHuang  Have you tried lowering the input quality to a lower definition?
