The GoTo software recognizes when it is not 'active' because the local application manager will stop sending mouse and keyboard inputs to it. Unfortunately this doesn't work as well for mobile devices yet.

It is ambiguous to say that it is activated. If the webinar window is lowered to the minimum, is it considered inactive?
Do you mean it should be on the screen at least?
Or does it mean that even if there are several windows, they should be in a state that can be controlled with the main?

We don't notice the size of the window, nor do we track other apps active on the side -- only if GoTo was the last program clicked upon by the local user.
