I cannot call the Customer Support from the Netherlands

I generated a ticket number but then I am asked to press the POUND button which doesn't exist on any of my phones!

CBI   I apologize for the difficulty there.  On most cellular / mobile phones there should be a keypad you can pull up with the '#' (pound) key visible in the lower corner.

 

If your support question was technical in nature, is there any insight we may provide here in the Community?
