I downloaded the app and opened the app but couldn't get into the webinar meeting as attendance

    Hi Ja222222, welcome to the community.

     

    If you have registered for a webinar you should have received an email with your unique join link. All you need to do is click on that join link and it will download and open the software and connect you to the webinar.
