I registered for a webinar but did not receive a confirmation email?
I registered for 2 Legacy Family Tree webinars this Wednesday, September 24 & didn’t receive confirmations with a link. Should I just be more patient?

Hi jmoody1212, welcome to the community.
Free webinars typically approve registrants immediately and show a message saying you are registered after you submit your information. The confirmation email is sent from customercare@gotowebinar.com, so you should search your email for that address in case the email was marked as spam by mistake.
Other webinars (typically paid ones), require registrations be manually approved by the organizer. They will show a message telling you this after you submit your registration.
If you do not locate an email after searching, register again with the same information. If it says you are already registered it means you were successful, but the email confirmation is being blocked by something. The organizer's email should be displayed after you submit your info so you can contact them directly and they have the ability to send you your join link directly.
