Long wait times, need to cancel subscription... call center hours as fastly approaching

I've been on long holds (still holding for an hour now) and need to cancel our corporate subscription today.  I've been waiting on an email, nothing, so had to get back into the queue.  There has to be a better way, especially since I am given instructions in the Admin Portal to uncheck the autorenew, but it's grayed out. Can someone please help me out.
