I believe the below workaround. Unfortunately, after adding the Google Calendar event following the approved registration from the email, I encountered a discrepancy. The event is scheduled for 9:30 AM CET, but it was added to Google Calendar as 4:30 PM PST. Ideally, it should reflect my local time zone, 4:30 PM GMT+8. In contrast, when I added the Outlook calendar (downloaded from the same email), it displayed the correct time and time zone of 4:30 PM GMT+8. Could you please advise on any potential workarounds, as this issue remains unresolved? Thank
- Where the issue occurs: The problem only occurs when the calendar event is added through the reminder email from GoToWebinar. If we manually add the event directly through the registration form on the GoToWebinar platform, the time zone is correctly set, and there are no issues.

Hi munkor
I've been trying to recreate this using the registration email, confirmation email and reminder email but have not been able to, my calendar reflects the timezone in my Settings and not the timezone of the email.
Could you please outline the steps you are taking? Any screenshots if possible would also be appreciated. I see you have a support case opened and the team is trying to replicate as well.
