When will this take effect? As i'm still seeing the quality survey show up.
tanyapereyra Unfortunately, I don't have a confirmed date, it's scheduled to occur in the upcoming sprint which is traditionally 1-4 weeks.

tanyapereyra I apologize for the delay as I waited for confirmation from the team.
You will note in this thread that the team updated the process for standard webinars over two months ago.
For recorded webinars, the team has prioritized this for the next sprint, which is typically 2 to 4 weeks, I'm still waiting for a more precise timeline, but it is being worked on. - tanyapereyra3 months agoActive Contributor
We feel like our concern is being dismissed, no action has been taken to resolve our issue for over 3 months, I keep following up and all we keep being told is its going to be resolved over and over again and no update on a timeline how can this take this long to resolve, this is NOT A WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!

Id, like a rough estimated time. Having to wait 3 months now since we first emailed you about this issue which is costing us a lot of conversions. we need to know if this is a couple weeks or months issue, as we have been waiting patiently and have decided to wait this out instead of trying to find an alternate service because your team told us it would be brief and it has not.

tanyapereyra It was marked solved back in September when we updated the behavior for live webinars, we did not know then that you were using recorded webinars. Now that we do know we will make the same change for recorded webinars, and when that happens I will update you.

This is extremely frustrating having keep posting about this issue after 2 months. The pre-recorded webinars are still showing the quality survey pop up at the end. I have not had a date time of when this will be removed after 2 months, and you have marked this issue as solved which it has not.

Please let us know when this will take effect for recorded webinars. As of today, we checked and the GoTo Quality surveys are still showing at the end of each webinar.

Hi tanyapereyra,
As I mentioned we removed the survey for all live webinars that have a post webinar survey scheduled in September, however, after your last update we reviewed your account and saw you had record webinars which had not been accounted for. We will be making the same change to recorded webinars that have a post webinar survey scheduled.

Hello,
I would like to know if this issue will get solved or not. Your quality survey is still showing up to my candidates and viewers. for several months this has been going on and I was told it would be removed weeks ago and it has not. My viewers are not happy and feel deceived when they are going in for a job overview webinar and find out they have to fill out a form on your webinar service instead.
Some viewers are only receiving your quality survey and are not even seeing ours. Please have my concerns addressed as I have been a client for 3 years now and would like a permanent solution to this.

We did make a change in September so that our survey would not launch if and Organizer had their own post webinar survey scheduled. I will let the team know you are still seeing it and we will review your account.

Hello,
Following up on this. The quality survey is still showing up at the end of my webinars before my own one does. I have been waiting over a month for this survey to be removed. I have decided to wait this long because I was told it would be removed with the new update and it has not. Please let me know if this will actually get removed or not as its seriously affecting my post survey fill out rate that I ask clients to fill. Thank you.
