Billing Portal
Hi, I'm trying to access our billing page but am receiving the below: ERROR ACCESS DENIED Please click here to logout and try again.

Thanks for the additional detail. I checked with the team, the billing contact is the person who has access to the billing portal. The email that you are using here in Community is not the email on the contract.
If you know what email that is, can you try that. If if still doesn't work or to get access, you can reach out to customer support who can assist.

Hi MarketingTeam I took a look at your account and it appears to be a corporate account, which don't typically access the online billing section, specifications should be in your contract. Have you had access to the portal previously?

I'm just trying to access the area where I can see out last bills for using GoTo.
If that isn't the online billing section, where can I go about doing so?
