Hi,
If you are seeing GoToMeeting in the Security and Privacy setting of your Mac in the Camera section, please try the following:
- Launch the GoToMeeting software from your Applications folder (if you do not have it installed join our test meeting to install it)
- Click on GoToMeeting in your toolbar to open the menu and then select Preferences
- In Preferences select Webcam, this should trigger a preview of the webcam and your Mac to list GoToMeeting in the Security and Privacy settings so you can give it access

This solution did not work for my panelist - do you have another suggestion to try?
His audio worked but there wasn't an option in Chrome to allow GTW to access his webcam.

Eliza588 It sounds like there may be a couple of different issues there. First, the Panelist should be able to use their invitation join link for the webinar to start a download of the GoTo Opener, which leads to the GoTo desktop application. Once this is done, check the webcam settings to see if there is an image being shown, or if any alternate webcam connections are available.

Eliza588 - The setting to allow GoToWebinar to use the webcam is in the Mac System Preferences, Security, not in the Chrome application
