Registration Report "failed to generate"
We are attempting to download a registration report for an upcoming webinar. We have done this countless times so we are very familiar with the process. Starting today, we are receiving a report "fai...
It was just for this event but we waited 24 hours and then it worked.
hartman_fvtc Do you know if this error presents itself for all registration reports, or just this one webinar?
If it is just the one event, then Customer Support can help file a ticket to pull the data from our end.
