Question

Greetings.&nbsp; I have one user getting this error.&nbsp; His screen displays OK for a second or two then gets the error. Others can play the video just fine.&nbsp; I have removed and re-installed the software but unsure of any other steps to try.&nbsp;Thanks all!

Are you trying to play a recorded video? This error was reported previously here and was fixed by re-uploading the video.&nbsp;

Hi Kate,&nbsp;Yes, this is a recorded video.&nbsp; The issue is that others can play it fine.&nbsp; It's just one user and he has issues with all recorded videos.&nbsp;Thanks,John
