Upload video failed
Hello
I'm trying to upload videos on Engage your attendees. I already inserted 3 videos (last week) and I have 2 more to add. But for these 2 the message is: Upload video failed.
I need help. The webinar is tomorrow. Webinar ID: 158-644-027
Tks,
I just changed the files' names and it worked (I have no idea why).. Uploaded!!

It is possible there was a non-web-friendly character in the file name. This can happen if you create the file name in Word and then copy/paste it to the file name. Your computer might allow it, but the web is picky about allowed characters.
It is best to use only letters and numbers in your file name. Spaces, underscores and hyphens (minus sign) are OK too. Word can create characters that look like hyphens, but are shorter or longer than a standard hyphen and might not work.

Here are the settings I use when saving .mp4 files. Mp4 files allow for lots of variables, and GoTo is looking for a certain kind of .mp4 file.

Wait a while and try them again.

Thank you! But yes, both of them are .mp4 and they were encoded using the same process.

We assume you are uploading .mp4 files.
Were these two videos that failed encoded using the same process as the videos that successfully uploaded? (Did they come from the same person?)
Not all .mp4 videos are created equal. If you have access to a video converter, you could try opening the file and exporting it as an .mp4 video.
