Very old edits to survey problem continues

I see there was a thread back in 2019 about problems with surveys not saving edits to the questions. That problem is still around on some computers and not others. In addition, we prefer a 1 to 5 rating system, but even though we set up the question to a 1 to 5 rating, the question always appears to users as a 1 to 10 scale. This is not a case of user error, browser cache, or a browser-specific issue, We know because we have cleared caches, tried every browser, and otherwise have been working around this issue for three years. We are clicking update and save for every question.

Has any engineer looked into the problems that were introduced in the 2019 update? Can you please escalate these issues?

Thanks Fran_Simonif the webinar being copied was scheduled back when this issue was happening, that may be why they are seeing old edits and rating scales in the copies. Unfortunately the fix is to schedule a new webinar and use that as a template going forward. We will continue to try are recreate the issue as well and escalate it if we are successful, but for now could they try scheduling a new webinar instead of copying an old one.

Hi Fran_Simon thanks for your Community post! We're trying to recreate your experience. Can you provide some more details around the webinars?

    • Is this happening with newly scheduled webinars or copies of previous webinars?
    • Are they standard, webcasts, on demand?
    • When are the survey's being triggered?

The webinars are copied.  They are Webcasts. Not sure what you are asking about triggers. They are opened at the end of webinars and through the link in the follow up email.
