Web app attendees can´t be unmuted
Hi,
I am using GoToWebinar Lite plan and have a problem with attendees audio. In the control panel, I can´t see the unmute option. And attendees connected via a web app can´t unmute a microphone (the microphone is allowed in Google Chrome).

If this is a webcast webinar, then that would explain the limitation. If you only have webcast scheduling ability, then we can currently upgrade your plan to include other webinar types (previously limited on Lite plans).

Yes, it was a webcast webinar. I didn´t mention the webcast limitation. Thank you for your help.

It affects all attendees joining with the web app. I personally use Chrome 85.0.4183.102 on Windows 10 Pro 2004. Hi Jan,
If some attendees are able to speak but not others, do you know anything about the affected operating system and Chrome browser version?
