Webinar audio issues, robotic glitches, unable to listen

I were registered to a webinar 20 June but experienced audio issues.
Video was ok and Connection was good.

When the hosts started talking they sounded like they were in space and metallic.
No able to hear words at all. Metallic robotic. Hard to describe.

So, i missed that webinar.
Is it possible to somehow watch that recording?
It said in the right side bar that it was recording.

Joined via PC desktop app, tried all basic diagnostics. Tried restart web browser, reinstall app.. and such

I have the session id if that helps

  • Orfeous welcome to the GoTo Community,

It's difficult to say what may have happened, poor network performance, lack of memory, or high CPU usage often causes the audio quality to drop, become delayed or sound robotic.

We would not be able to supply the recording, but you may want to:

    • try the registration link for the Webinar, some organizers choose to make the recording available once it's over
    • wait for a follow up email from the organizer, many choose to email the recording a few days after the event
    • contact the organizer directly for a copy of the webinar.

Sorry to hear you had issues, I do hope you get to watch the recording.
