CTRL-ALT-DEL issues in 15702

Is there any resolution for the CTRL-ALT-DEL issues in 15702?  One better than uninstall and reinstall?

  • Hi Everyone,

10/10/2024 Update: A fix has been released that will resolve the issue. Please check for an update in the LogMeIn Control Panel to receive the update.

Update: As a workaround, We recommend rolling back to the previous build if you are experiencing this issue.

We also have a build with the fix, if you would like it, can you please comment in this thread and I will message you the link.

Once you receive the link, we recommend removing the new version, restarting it,  and then install the file.

    Thank you,

  • Same CTRL ALT DEL  remote control issue started since yesterday - the host computer not reacting. Reached out tech support seems they  don't know how to solve it
