Mac first time setup permissions issue

I am having an issue with a user on a Mac setting up the control panel and client where the permissions required (LMI Agent) are immediately checked after first installation, yet the pop up will continue to show up over and over again and won't go away. I cannot check/uncheck the boxes because they are greyed out. If anyone has had this issue or knows a fix, please let me know. Thank you

    Hi MattM33

    If the installation was a success, see if they can manually enable the permissions on their Mac this way: 

    1. On the Accessibility Access (Events) dialog box, click Open Security Preferences. The Security & Privacy window appears.
    2. In the bottom-left corner, click the lock icon. An Authentication dialog box appears.
    3. Log in with an Administrator account.
    4. Select LMIGUIAgent.
