Rescue randomly accessing another host outside of organization

Hi, Im sitting within my organisation trying to access an end users laptop and keep getting redirected to a complete random host somewhere out there on the interweb. Has anyone else experienced this...

I see that you have a support ticket open and that our support team has replied with scenarios that would explain what happened, have you had a chance to verify either?
