Paste as Keystrokes on login screen

It would be incredibly helpful to be able to copy/paste complex passwords at the user login screen(s). Currently we're unable to copy a password (from our password management program) and paste it into the password field because Window's doesn't allow that. In many remote support programs I've worked with, the option exists to paste your (host) clipboard to the remote (client) machine as keystrokes.
