Currently their is a widget for the longest wait time but not one for the average wait time. There are reports available for this but we have a wallboard up to make sure anyone can at a glance see what the queues look like. We have some higher up management freak out over thinking that longest wait time was the average so we have removed that widget from our view.
I think this is a widget that would be utilized by quite a large number of companies that use the wallboard feature currently.
