Search feature for text and chat messages

Add me as another user who very strongly wants this feature to search within the contents of text messages. Thank you.

I agree with other recent posts, this should still be an request. The ability to search all conversations and get results back like on other texting Apps would be ideal! It's very handy when you're looking for specific info inside a conversation that might be several weeks or months back. Maybe this needs to be re-added with more specific needs?

I agree with the other user, this is not what we were looking for. We are looking for a global search feature similar to iPhone or Gmail where I can type in a keyword (Client's name, a date, an item, etc) and see messages populate. 

That doesn't work for our use case. We need to be able to search in the threads so agents can quickly locate an old message. Similar to how you would in your iPhone messages

This feature is currently available in the message reports board. 

Update: The ability to ability to search call transcript and SMS conversations is on track for release later the second half of this year.   

KateGDo you have an update on release date for this??

Yes - we need multiple users to be able to quickly find open conversations and post a reply. Currently, because we can't search, we start a new conversation and are then prompted to the open conversations. This is time consuming and click intensive. Thank you!
