We would like the ability to check shared voicemail directly from the client and web app. Preferably in its own tab per shared voicemail so they do not get mixed up. Maybe with the name and extension.
This is something we have had for a very long time with the previous old pbx and we are already missing with just one group of users being moved to GoTo connect.

At this moment VM forward is set to be released not check shared inbox.
There is some configuration that allows customers to access shared VMs in the app today, but it removes access to a personal VMbox. If an admin sets up a users extension with an Alternative VM, then they will see the messages from that VM box listed in the app.
The downside, is that any call to that extension will now be routed to the shared VM box. Hence why "it removes access to a personal VM".
Has there been any update on this? This is a critical need for us with shared mailboxes as well.
when will this be changed, this feature needs to be added for Ring groups and shared voice mail boxes, this is really lacking a critical need as no one has access.
this is a needed feature, anyone that has access to a shared voicemail box should be able to see all voicemails in that box.

We are new to the GoTo verse in 2024 and request the ability to visually monitor the Shared Voicemail boxes.
