Delayed Ring in ring groups. Ability to select a delayed ring for some extensions in a ring group.

You can create two groups and put the lead number in a dial plan which rings the first group for a set amount of time and then the second group which has the delayed ring users as well as the ones that were in the first ring group.  Having it in a dial plan will also let you have another destination for if no one answers.
