Similar to emails, Gotoconnect needs the ability to have a customized automatic responder to people who send text messages.
For example, if "John Doe" sends a text message to a Gotoconnect phon...
Instant responses will only be sent to callers who are not an existing contact, looking for all contacts and not contacts
ana2025, thanks for calling this out. I checked with the team, it's not available for repeat callers at this time and isn't on the roadmap. You can create a feature request for this, check out this post on what makes a good feature request and be sure to vote.
Thanks for the info, but again, my thoughts have nothing to do with Voice Callers, just Auto Reply SMS messages sent back to people who text us after hours or on the weekends.
Is there an update on this? This is a feature that our company needs. On a side note, I'm unable to vote.
