ana2025, thanks for calling this out. I checked with the team, it's not available for repeat callers at this time and isn't on the roadmap. You can create a feature request for this, check out this post on what makes a good feature request and be sure to vote.

Thanks for the info, but again, my thoughts have nothing to do with Voice Callers, just Auto Reply SMS messages sent back to people who text us after hours or on the weekends.

    ana2025 An update, you can have auto replies for repeat callers via the SMS Dial Plan node, available with Customer Engagement, Connect CX, or Contact Center.

    tomqcw  Messaging Instant response is something the team is looking into for release sometime next year.
