Similar to emails, Gotoconnect needs the ability to have a customized automatic responder to people who send text messages.

Thanks for the info, but again, my thoughts have nothing to do with Voice Callers, just Auto Reply SMS messages sent back to people who text us after hours or on the weekends.
Is there an update on this? This is a feature that our company needs. On a side note, I'm unable to vote.
Eastcrete you can have auto replies for repeat callers via the SMS Dial Plan node, available with Customer Engagement, Connect CX, or Contact Center.
