I have had multiple issues with how GoTo's AI reviews a customer's privacy policy. It would be convenient if a customer could request a human review of their SMS campaign and website privacy policy from the SMS compliance page to hopefully minimize failed register attempts and make it easier to understand the suggestions the AI makes and make sure that it is not suggesting to make changes already made to the privacy policy.

The AI review is provided by the carrier as a way of identifying possible issues before submitting the registration to them for review (which they charge for). If you believe you have made the necessary changes suggested and want someone to help review your website before you submit your registration, you can call our toll free support and one of our representatives can assist.
