Our office has 20 people with the app and we all get the same ringtone and it's nuts that we can't change it or set a volume for it.
How hard can this be?
Keep in mind one of the ring tone options should be a very loud obnoxious ring tone for users on a factory floor or working in very loud areas.
I have customers ask me on nearly every install if there are different ring tone options and I still have to say no.
