I cancelled my LMI AV subscription because of this.
you guys use bit defender, and there is a fix in bit defender for this problem. You just arn't offering that functionality for the firewall portion of your product.
still happening in 2022.
It's been a while since I've been noticing that when I activate the logmein firewall, no one can print to the HP printers we have in the office. This problem is old right. To date there has been no correction.
@DiegoDash I've moved your post to this thread, you may want to try this solution that has helped some.
In 2023 and this problem is still not solved. Could you please move on to more advanced support for an explanation for everyone.
I just solved this by turning OFF the LogMeIn (BitDefender) Firewall.
Printers all came back to life. Yay!!
We have many other firewalls available. We're using those instead.
What other Firewalls have you used? I hope you don't have to pay for them since you are ALREADY PAYING for LMI Bitdefender.
