We are using goto connect from last 1 year and we have about 80 lines. We are facing major issue with Goto Connect recordings. Below are some suggestions to improve your product.
1. There should be some option to delete or hide the call recordings.
2. There should be a role specific option where one should be able to see call records of specific team members aligned to him instead of all members in the account.
I agree, we need to be able to limit which users can have access to each persons calls.
