An Error Occurred

When we attempt to create a ticket from either an alert or a Windows Update we get the really helpful error "an error occurred while sending your request"  Has anyone seen this before or could anyone provide any insight into how we can fix this?

Hi @braniffp_rlc welcome to the GoTo Community,

Does the HD service/queue you are trying to put the ticket into have a required field? That will cause an error like the one below.

Re: An Error Occurred

That was it exactly, we had set it so the user had to give us their LOCATION.
