Terminal server not connect to the right User

Good morning,
I will try to explain my problem, for about 5/6 days, when I perform a remote control on a Terminal server, I can no longer connect to the administrator account, until a few days ago it made me log in automatically, while now it only offers me active sessions, with the consequence that it makes me log in to an account in use!, this thing did not happen before, I have already checked the windows part and everything seems ok, could it be a problem with the new agent in version 1.24.1.6020?

Greetings Cristiano

Cristiano_R thanks for getting back to me. I know the team is working internally on Windows terminal services. Your support representative should be contacting you soon with an update on your case.

The logs you sent today are currently being escalated internally. Hopefully, this will give more insight, thanks for taking this step.

    Good morning Kate,

thanks, consider that this problem has arisen in the last week, I have been using Goto for 2 months now and everything was fine, I did not register this behavior.

Hi Cristiano_R Welcome to the Community.

I'm not aware of this as an issue, but I'm asking the team internally if they have any insight. I see that you are currently working with a support agent and supplying logs. Thanks for taking that step.
