Hi,
Has anyone else had experiences of the connections to an unattended device not show the screen but the session is "active". To resolve you have to end the session and start again, which is quite frustrating. Also connections seem to drop if you switch between devices in unattended sessions.

Hi @TimH1 Thanks for sharing your experience and solution. I don't have an answer as to why this happened, but the team has been alerted and is reviewing.
We have been having the same issue for months, and we don't have a resolution to it. The Aug 2023 update did help, but we had to uninstall the unattended agent and reinstall the new one to get a little more stability. It happens less than before, but still happens. Sorry, I can't give you better news that this.
