Go to Devices, Add filter like Pro license. Click on Group Name to sort, and the sort arrow flips, but the list is not sorted.

Is this issue happening on the Desktop application for GoTo Resolve, or is this via browser?

It's happening in both the Desktop app and in the Edge browser. If the list is sorted by a different column, clicking on the group column header returns the list to the default sort (whatever that is).
Sorting by group name is still broken for me on version 1.8.1.103.

I see; to be able to identify and repro we should see it.
If you could record it and send me (in direct message attaching video) then we can check with engineering.
If you prefer a support representative calls you and check the case ... that is also viable.
