Three New Featured Feature videos
1 MIN READ I'm excited to share our next installments of videos for our Feature Features series where we bring on product experts to share quick demos of features - new and old - within Resolve and how they can simplify your day-to-day. So let's jump into the videos. For our first two videos we're joined by one of our all-star Product Managers, Wiebke Quaas. Wiebke walks us through two very exciting AI features which will save agents and admins significant time. First up is our improved Session Notes. With this AI-powered feature, you can have comprehensive notes automatically created following remote sessions, saving you considerable time and improving documentation. Next we have an exciting reporting enhancement now in open beta - Customizable Reports. With this feature you can create on-demand charts and tables from any data in your Resolve environment just by asking in natural language. And lastly Eva Szantai, the Senior Product Manager heading our mobile capabilities, joins us to walk through our Android unattended access. With the recent update, which extends remote access to any device running Android OS, you can now expand your support to mobile and field devices, POS machines, and more. 1 MIN READ We're happy to announce that a highly requested quality-of-life improvement has been released, Agents can now paste user name and password on the Windows login screen in remote support sessions. How to use this feature? Start an Unattended session to managed device where end-user not present In-session Make sure Clipboard sync is enabled on toolbar Copy any content on local device Paste into any of the input fields (username or password) on Windows login screen (it will automatically insert the content of the clipboard as keystrokes)New Featured Feature video
1 MIN READ Released today is the latest Featured Features demo video with our product lead Ed Chehade. In this session we dive into multi-monitor to multi-monitor support during remote sessions. With Resolve's multi to multi-monitor support you can easily control or view a remote desktop with multiple monitors by distributing them across your screens. Over the next few weeks we'll be diving into Android unattended support, AI-powered customizable reporting and updates to our automated session notes. Links now open in the default browser. During a software update, the Desktop Console now uses elevated user permissions. Fixes LogMeIn Resolve MDM users were unable to create an Apple Push certificate as it was not possible to download the Certificate Signing Request (CSR) file from the System > Infrastructure diagram menu. In this regularly released series, our product managers and solution consultants will join us to share brief demos of LogMeIn Resolve features that deliver value for our customers. These videos will be bite-size demos of some impactful Resolve functionality, with the goal of giving those unfamiliar with the features a useful 101 overview.
