I have an issue remote the few desktop model is Dell Vostro Tower Desktop 3020 windows version Windows 11 Pro 23H2 Build 22631.3085 . When I success connect to the desktop and then it will lost the connection after a few minutes. All this desktop model is the same issue. I did try to turn off the firewall reinstall the windows and just install gotoassist. But it is the same. It is the gotoassist software issue. And I see the client desktop is still showing connected section during the disconnection on remote side.

In December of 2023 we released a software update, do you know if these computers have updated?
Yes, we have new version installed it is V 5.12.0.3440, but still the same. We have many laptop and desktop but only this desktop model has this issue.
