Hi there! I am working on a machine with an issue that gives me the error
"The server deliveredthe unexpected content-type application/xmsdownload"
Two other PCs on the same network can connect, I am showing nothing being blocked.
PC is Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, have tried using IE 11 and Chrome (latest version)
Cache has been cleared, dns flushed, firewall turned off
Unsure of what else to try, can anyone please assist 🙂

After speaking with someone who had a similar issue, I looked at the logs and confirmed
VeriSign Universal Root Certification Authority was a missing cert.
For anyone who may need this cert in the future you can get it here
symantec.tbs-certificats.com/vsign-universal-root.cer
put https in front of the link I am posting so others can see
Thanks for you help @AshC
@RPRATHMICRO Sorry for the confusion there.
What are you trying to do when receiving that error message?
If you are organizing meetings yourself, have you tried logging into the software manually?

Hi there @AshC
A software vendor needs to remote into the machine and they use
fastsupport.com
Unfortanetly it seems I can not get it connected due to the following error message.
Thanks! All help is appreciated 🙂
@RPRATHMICRO The error there can mean that your operating system is corrupted in some way. Have you tried logging in under a different User to rule out any local settings? If you are locally connected to the network, can you try safemode to install GoToAssist?
