Unattended Device not on the list

I've installed 3 unattended computers today.  The first two went fine.  The 3rd one isn't showing up on the list even though they usually show up right away.  So, now I can't continue from afar until it shows up.

I don't know how to fix this....

It doesn't show up on the desktop app list of computers.

It doesn't show up on the web list either.

Re: Unattended Device not on the list

Hi Fred,

You must also be sure to grant yourself access to those new groups or they will not show for your login.  Once this is complete, then the new groups you created should be visible immediately.

Re: Unattended Device not on the list

Sorry for the missing Unattended machine, Fred!

Since the problem began have you been able to troubleshoot at the endpoint, like rebooting and checking for security software or firewalls blocking the connection?

Re: Unattended Device not on the list

Ash,

Eventually, the problem went away.  It seems clear that it's a delay in the LogMeIn system!!  Please NB.

Today, I'm seeing it again and my observations here are entirely based on observing the LMI web pages:

1) I go to Manage Groups and set up a couple of new groups.

2) Now I want to assign existing computers to those groups.

3) I go to the Entire list of unattended computers.

4) The Group list on the left side HAS NOT CHANGED.

5) I logged out of the LogMeIn site and logged back in.

6) Nothing has changed.

I'm very motivated to see the problem fixed.  But, based on these observations, I'm not very motivated to work a problem that isn't mine to work.  Does that make any sense?
