A customer is reporting issues searching by ticket number in the customer portal.
Intermittently a ticket is not found in search even though it is an active ticket and he has rights to view all company tickets.
He reports that has tried entering the just the ticket number, adding # in front or B# but the search does not return a result. Has anyone else seen this issue or can provide a solution?
This customer has many active tickets so it is a frustrating problem for him.
I have the same issue being reported by my clients.
@Kasey00 If your issue is still unresolved, please post the ticket number given by support so that we can check on the progress.
@Kasey00 If you're experiencing this also, then we'd probably want to create a new ticket for your account. Please let us know the updated case number?
We continue to have this issue reported to us by clients.
I had a ticket open but LogMeIn was unable to explain it.
But obviously this is not an isoloted instance.
@David Kiley1 --- I found a ticket for your email dated back several months, marked as resolved. If this is not the case, was it the same as ticket #GTASD-1858 ? If you don't recall, can you confirm the case number?
