Corrupted/Damaged Media File When Sent in MMS.

I'm using GoTo API to send MMS, but when the reciever opens the media file (PDF, Image, ...), it shows an error message saying that the file is corrupted or not supported.

Glenn - Do you have an update on this issue? Our team is encountering the same problem and the documentation hasn't changed in 2 years.

@RobGainer After checking with the team this appears to be a separate issue from the one they were originally investigating so I will need to gather more details from you. Can you please share more details about: 

  • the file types you are sending
  • the kinds of devices the people receiving the messages are using (native app on mobile, desktop running the GoTo App, etc)
  • how the person receiving the message opens them (open directly or save to device then open)
