GoTo cannot charge my credit card
GoTo cannot charge my credit cards and suspended my account. It happened after I purchased one more license. Changed the cards and banks. The bank told me that there has not been any charging attempts on my card. It's going on for three weeks now.
GoTo $1 verification charge went through, no issues. And It's pending on my CC account.

I do see your calls, I also saw a screenshot showing all of the recent transaction attempts failed to authorize. Only a Support Representative is going to review in detail your transactions or reactivate your service again while the issue is being worked on.

Thank you so much for your prompt response. Unfortunately, the support agents are not able to fix the issue. You could check how many times I called support during two last week.

I see that you already have a support ticket open and you are working with the support team on this. I asked for an update and we are still seeing failed authorizations on our side. Please give support a call and reference your existing case 20074018 so an agent can work with you directly to identify the cause.
