I have been on hold after being transferred for 1:58 mins as of right now. I don't want to hang up and call back as I will have to start all over again. This happened a few weeks ago and then when they finally picked up I was hung up on.

I apologize for any frustration. Once a support ticket has been opened through a call to Support, you can use the My Cases link at the top right of the support page to check its status and comment on it. From reviewing your ticket from today it looks like another team needs to be consulted on if your request is possible or not.
Glenn, the team member transferred me to billing and I have been on hold for 2 hours and 28 minutes.
