Import Contacts using CSV

I had this thread created before and answer was in it, but when you archive stuff, other people like myself cannot go back and review it, seems wasteful, mark it as resolved so everyone can benefit from it.

Again, 9 months later, I need to import CSVs again, how do i do this within the system? Thanks.

Re: Import Contacts using CSV

Hi @WFI,

The old post was archived because there was no solution included. You had contacted support who identified invalid phone numbers in the CSV you were uploading. Once those the invalid entries were removed the CSV uploaded successfully.
