This is the way this company announces they are raising your cost.  They state it is a reminder. There was no notification to begin with.    

We want to take this opportunity to remind you that your GoToConnect subscription will automatically be renewed for another month.

As of your May renewal:

• The price for your GoToConnect plan will be 25.24 (plus applicable taxes).
• The price for your Standard Phone Numbers  plan will be 3.77 (plus applicable taxes).

To ensure you don’t experience a disruption in service, your account will be billed this renewal amount starting in May 2024.

If you have any questions regarding these changes, please  . Here you can find more information with an option to contact our GoTo Support team should you require.

Once your renewal payment is processed you will receive an email containing your updated order information.
