People in our higher management often have a management team that is handling their schedule and is responsible for planning all meetings in a shared Outlook Calendar. So if a member of the management team that has planned a meeting is on holiday, another member of the team sometimes needs to edit the meeting, e.g. add a co-organizer or change the schedule. I was told this isn't possible when the team members are co-organizers, so I would propose to either extend the co-organizer role or add another type of shared membership, maybe something more akin to shared calendars in Outlook.
