Billing problem

Because of my credit card is expired, I want to update payment Method to make workable

 

But I can't update my credit card info

 

It always dispear「

How can I do?

It is an urgent Case duo to my subscription will end on January 26, 2020

If you are seeing the same error message through an alternate web browser, then please call into Customer Support at your convenience so we can check the account status.

Please check the account status right

I have been trying to enter the correct credit card information, it still shows "We apologize, but this page appears to have encountered an error. Please refresh your browser and try again"

 

I don't know what happens to it?

That's OK

 

I finally find the problem is credit card provider block Your company's Credit mechanism

 

I asked provider terminate the block and the bill can be worked
