Blurry shared screen

We have one user who's shared screen is always so blurry, its not usable.  What can I have them look for to determine what is causing this?  He is on the same network, same computers, same access (Web Interface) as other users in his organization and his is the only one that is like this.



Any suggestions are appreciated

Hi @kazbear,


I would start by having him check for video driver updates. Since he is using a Windows 7 PC, he could switch to the GoToMeeting desktop software to see if he has the same issue.
