Cloud Recording suddenly gone on Pro users

Both Cloud recording and transcription are enabled on the settings on our PRO user accounts but neither are working now.  Odd thing is that it's working only for the starter users.

Any suggestions? Thanks

Can you please describe what is happening when the affected users try to record? Are they seeing an error message? Are they all on the same network?
