Control Panel Continues to Pop Back Out

When I click the orange arrow on the control panel tab to hide the control panel, it automatically pops back out every time an attendee joins the meeting, posts something in the chat box, etc.  It's extremely annoying to have the control panel continue to pop back out during my presentation, as it obscures a part of the PowerPoint I'm trying to show.  LogMeIn needs to come up with a setting that allows the host to hide the control panel and lock it there, no matter what attendee activity occurs, until the host decided to pop it back out and use it.

Re: Control Panel Continues to Pop Back Out

Hi Mark,

Have you already tried disabling the GoToMeeting Preferences for notifications (Meetings category)?

My settings page doesn't match yours.  I'm on a Mac, if that matters...

I believe chats directed at you are supposed to expand this window, but perhaps if you disable the Welcom message feature it might not trigger when new participants arrive.
